12:00 pm Jack Hatley – Gales of Llangollen  One of Llangollen’s local stars formerly holding places at the prestigious Chester Governor and Sumurs in Jersey. Jack will be showcasing some of the meals and modern techniques that he utilises.
1:00 pm Bryan Webb – Tyddyn Llan  One of Wales few Michelin stared chefs. Bryan has also been celebrating a milestone just as the Llangollen food festival has, 30 years behind the stove as he details in his current book “Not bad for a Taff”. Join him as he replicates his classic French inspired cuisine.
2:00 pm Stephen Griffith & Sam Elliott – Harlech Foods  Stephen is a Development chef from Welsh food specialists Harlech Foods. In the industry from the age of 16 he became a head chef by the time he was 20 winning awards. Part of the welsh culinary squad he has competed at the highest level. Now Steve and his team create new and interesting ideas for chefs all over Wales including the incredible beef dish that he and the equally talented Sam Elliot will present today.
3:00 pm Dai Chef  Dai our food festival regular will be poaching fish in Rosies cider cooking Abbey farm beef in flatbread to the recipe promoting clean eating
Abulla truffle salted caramel cheesecake plus daughter Megan and son Ellis cooking and Dan doing the wines

1:30 pm Wine Tasting – Dan Davies  The head sommelier at two-star Michelin whitely manor in the Cotswolds will be will be teaching you how to taste and get the best out of your wines with a flight of amazing wines
