Cookery Demonstration: Saturday 15th October 12:00 pm

Jack Hatley, the head chef at local wine bar Gale’s of Llangollen, will demonstrate his butchery skills showing how to prepare welsh lamb.
Jack who’s previous chefing experience include the prestigious Chester Grovener and the Sumas restaurant at Gorey in the south of Jersey.
In his “spare time” Jack works as a butcher at a local farm and teaching at the Oswestry Upstairs Downstairs Cookery School with Yossi Gliksman they hope to be working together today.
